MyBellarmine is your portal to custom info for Bellarmine University students, faculty and staff. Please log in above using your Bellarmine e-mail ID and password.

After logging in, please explore the tabs above for customized information about your Bellarmine experience. In the coming months, we'll add more great features to myBellarmine. Here's a few features that you can use today:

  • Check one-card balances & meal plans
  • Determine remaining sick and vacation time
  • Register for parking
  • Check your class lists and enter grades

Also, we are conducting monthly community-wide project update meetings. These are “Town Hall” style meetings where we take a few minutes to brief everyone on the project status and then answer questions and address concerns. These meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every month at 11:00am and they will run through July of 2016. Locations will be announced in Bellarmine Today before each meeting.

Friday, September 4, is the last day to:

  • Add applied music lessons (MUSI) and music ensembles (MUSE)
  • Change a course from credit to audit or from audit to credit
  • Opt to take a course Pass/Fail rather than A-F (see Pass/Fail policy in Catalog)

These changes must be done in-person at the Registrar's Office, Centro: Horrigan Hall, room 205.

Friday, September 11, is the last day to add internships, independent studies, contract courses, and THEA 270.  All of these require special forms available at the Registrar's Office.
